शिक्षक भर्ती: जुलाई में टेट, फिर होंगी 20 हजार भर्तियां!

जयपुर.राज्य सरकार प्रदेश में शिक्षक भर्ती के दूसरे चरण में 20 हजार भर्तियां करने से पहले टेट का आयोजन करेगी। इसका आयोजन जुलाई में होगा और नोडल एजेंसी माध्यमिक शिक्षा बोर्ड ही रहेगा। बोर्ड के सैकंडरी और सीनियर सैकंडरी परीक्षाओं के परिणाम घोषित होने के साथ ही टेट के लिए तैयारियां शुरू कर दी जाएंगी। प्रदेश में फिलहाल प्रक्रियाधीन 41 हजार शिक्षकों की भर्ती में महज तीन लाख टेट उत्तीर्ण अभ्यार्थियों के शामिल होने से सरकार पर अगली टेट को लेकर भारी दबाव है।

शिक्षा विभाग के प्रमुख सचिव अशोक संपतराम ने बताया कि शिक्षक भर्ती का दूसरा चरण शुरू होने से पहले ही टेट का आयोजन कर परिणाम घोषित कर दिया जाएगा। इससे बड़ी संख्या में छात्रों को शिक्षक भर्ती में शामिल होने का मौका मिल सकेगा। इस संबंध में विभागीय स्तर पर फैसला कर लिया गया है। उन्होंने बताया कि टेट जुलाई के अंतिम सप्ताह में संभावित है और इसकी तिथि कुछ दिनों में तय कर ली जाएगी। 

फिलहाल बोर्ड की पहली प्राथमिकता समय पर परिणाम तैयार करना है, ऐसे में जल्दबाजी में टेट नहीं कराई जा सकती। अगली टेट में उन अभ्यार्थियों को भी अंक सुधार का मौका मिलेगा जो कम अंकों से उत्तीर्ण हुए हैं। शिक्षक भर्ती में टेट का 20 प्रतिशत अंक भार होने से यह चयन में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाएगी।
शिक्षक भर्ती परीक्षा तिथि अब तय होगी 
41 हजार शिक्षकों की आवेदन प्रक्रिया पूरी होने के बाद अब परीक्षा तिथि का निर्धारण एक-दो दिनों में कर लिया जाएगा। परीक्षा मई के अंतिम सप्ताह में संभावित है। अधिकारी फिलहाल मई के अंतिम सप्ताह में प्रस्तावित सभी परीक्षाओं के कलंडर खंगालने लगे हैं जिससे परीक्षा तिथि का अन्य परीक्षाओं से किसी प्रकार का टकराव नहीं हो। पंचायतीराज विभाग की आयुक्त अपर्णा अरोड़ा ने बताया कि फिलहाल मंत्री बाहर हैं और उनसे चर्चा के बाद एक-दो दिन में तिथि घोषित कर दी जाएगी। 
विषयवार पाठ्यक्रम निर्धारित नहीं होने से अभ्यर्थी परेशान: 
शिक्षक भर्ती के लिए विषयवार पाठ्यक्रम निर्धारित नहीं होने से परीक्षा की तैयारी में लगे अभ्यार्थियों को खासी परेशानी आ रही है। वे यह तय नहीं कर पा रहे हैं कि आखिर प्रश्न किस टॉपिक से पूछ लिए जाएंगे। इस संबंध में अभ्यार्थियों ने विभाग को शिकायत भी दर्ज कराई है। हालांकि यह पहले ही तय हो चुका है कि विषयवार पाठ्यक्रम घोषित नहीं किया जाएगा। हर विषय में सैकंडरी स्तर तक के प्रश्न पूछे जाएंगे।

प्रारंभिक शिक्षा में 41 हजार थर्ड ग्रेड शिक्षकों की भर्ती परीक्षा अगले माह आयोजित करने पर सैद्धांतिक सहमति बन गई है। परीक्षा पंचायती राज विभाग के मार्फत होगी। भर्ती के लिए आवेदन सहित अन्य प्रक्रियाएं पूरे करने का विस्तृत कार्यक्रम जल्द जारी होगा। 20 अगस्त तक शिक्षा विभाग प्रदेश के सभी जिलों का शिक्षकों के पद, खाली स्थान आदि का विस्तृत ब्यौरा पंचायतीराज विभाग को सौंपेगा। प्रारंभिक शिक्षा में फिलहाल 52 हजार शिक्षकों की जरूरत है।

नए पाठ्यक्रम से होगी सेकंड ग्रेड शिक्षक भर्ती परीक्षा

कक्षाओं में एनसीईआरटी पाठ्यक्रम लागू होने के कारण आरपीएससी ने शुरू किए प्रयास

सेकंड ग्रेड शिक्षक भर्ती परीक्षा 2011 नए सिलेबस के आधार पर होगी। राजस्थान लोक सेवा आयोग ने इसे बदलने की कवायद प्रारंभ कर दी है। आयोग ने अगले सप्ताह तक नया सिलेबस जारी करने का दावा किया है। राजस्थान माध्यमिक शिक्षा बोर्ड ने 9वीं से 12वीं तक एनसीईआरटी पाठ्यक्रम लागू कर दिया है। इस कारण आयोग को इस भर्ती का सिलेबस बदलना पड़ रहा है। नए सिलेबस की कवायद प्रारंभ होते ही आयोग ने अपनी वेबसाइट से सेकंड ग्रेड शिक्षक भर्ती का पुराना सिलेबस हटा लिया है। इस पुराने सिलेबस के आधार पर सेकंड ग्रेड शिक्षक भर्ती परीक्षा 2008 आयोजित की गई थी। वेबसाइट से सिलेबस हटते ही इस साल शिक्षक भर्ती के लिए आवेदन करने वालों के सामने असमंजस की स्थिति पैदा हो गई थी कि वे किस आधार पर तैयारी करें? उन्होंने इस संबंध में आयोग में भी शिकायत दर्ज कराई थी। आयोग के सचिव के.के. पाठक ने बताया कि नए सिलेबस की कवायद प्रारंभ कर दी गई है। बोर्ड के नए पाठ्यक्रम के आधार पर सेकंड ग्रेड शिक्षक भर्ती के पाठ्यक्रम में बदलाव किया जा रहा है। अगले सप्ताह में अभ्यर्थियों को नया सिलेबस उपलब्ध कराने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है।
